Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver all over Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges
A flat delivery fee of Rs. 300 is applied to all orders. This may change in the future depending on fuel and logistics costs.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Advance Payment Requirement
A partial advance payment of Rs. 300 may be required to confirm your order.

Tracking Information
Customers receive a tracking ID to monitor their parcel status.

Allowed Open Parcel
We offer an "Allowed Open Parcel" option upon request, allowing customers to check their parcel before accepting it.

Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or external factors.

Incorrect Address
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
